Management Accountant (6 months Fixed term Contract)

• Bespoke Financial Services.
• Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA or QBE with a strong breadth of Management Accounting experience.

About the Company

Based in North West London my client is a bespoke financial services organisation with a truly global operational footprint. As the business continues to grow the need has arisen to recruit a strong and capable interim management accountant to support the Group Financial Controller across a range of month end duties.

About the role

Management Accounting

• Support and cover to regional controllers with accounts preparation and reporting as required.
• Group company posting of invoices and arranging payments, including prepayments and accruals.
• Accounting setup and postings for new country operations.

Reporting & Systems

• Weekly consolidation of Group Key Performance Indicator reports and resolution of variance queries.
• Support of the end to end report production, including trouble shooting and drill down analysis.
• Problem solving and variance reconciliations, and ad-hoc tasks.
• Development and support of Business Intelligence for Dynamics.
• Design and implementation of Account Schedules in Navision (Business Central) to support group views in BI.

Required Skills

• Complex Company systems and reporting experience.
• PQ CIMA, ACCA or QBE.
• Management accounts preparation experience.
• Ideally 2 years’ experience in Navision.
• Very strong Excel skills with comfort using pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience with financial modelling in Excel.
• Understanding of VBA and Macro’s would be advantageous.
