Role Description

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for:

• The completion of monthly management accounts 
• Partnering with the managers in the business unit 
• Clearly communicating accurate forecasting and budgeting information 
• Mentoring the more junior members of the team 
• Supporting projects within several divisions of the business 
• Support with the year end and audit 
• Drive process improvement

Candidate Profile

The successful Finance Business Partner will ideally have:  

• An ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualification
• Excellent communication skills 
• Confident decision-making ability 
• The ability to will confidently challenge senior stakeholders in the business on issues such as costing etc. 
• A proactive outlook
• Great mentoring skills 
• A flexible and adaptable attitude towards issues which may arise

Job Offer

The Finance Business Partner will be rewarded with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum as well as benefits including a 10% bonus.
