Credit Controller

The SF Group are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to work for a reputable and well established business in Burton-Upon-Trent. You will report directly to the Financial working in a vibrant team where no two days are the same. This is a permanent, part-time position.

The successful Credit Controller will be responsible for:

- To chase outstanding debts in-line with company policy and report on forecasted cash collections to ensure targets are met
- To take debit/credit card payments and process receipts accordingly
- To accurately record communications with customers/intercompany personnel
- To process and open new customer accounts and maintain existing accounts
- To review customer account creditability when required
- To produce stop credit letters and carry out placing accounts on hold
- To record and distribute queries raised by customers and progress their resolution
- To help resolve any unallocated cash issues
- To run month end statements
- To carry out any other tasks as required

Key Requirements:

Good communication skills to build and maintain customer/intercompany relationships
Good level of accuracy to record and update ledgers accordingly
Self-motivated and have a positive attitude
Ability to prioritise workload
Working on your own initiative and be able to work as part of a team
