Global Finance Systems Manager

A large, international business based in Hampshire have engaged Venture Recruitment Partners in their search for a Global Finance Systems Manager on a permanent basis.

As the company goes through an Oracle implementation, you will take ownership for the creation of a Finance Systems support team. As part of the short-term changes, parts of the business will continue to operate on the legacy system. You will be responsible for initiating a change and continuous improvement mindset as further sites, both in the UK and overseas, look to migrate on to the new Oracle platform. The role will work closely with Global Process Owners and finance teams, making sure they understand the impact and significance of the changes.

You will have experience of previously implementing Oracle and have a strong background in the set-up phase of a systems rollout. You will have worked in a large, complex organisation. Prior experience in working as part of a finance function would be beneficial.
