My Client, a fascinating company with global reach, is seeking to recruit a Commercial Analyst within their UK offices.
As a key member of the UK Commercial team, this role has great scope to work across all aspects of the business and partner closely with different divisions. You will be responsible for analysing and interpreting financial, margin, and price data etc., supporting senior sales and executive personnel throughout the business, and acting as liaison between the operational, commercial, and financial divisions.

Key responsibilities of the Commercial Analyst:
- Responsible for data analysis on product lines
- In-depth data analysis using software and business intelligence tools
- Producing scenario-based analysis for potential changes to current practices and new initiatives
- Producing regular dashboards and MI packs showing latest insights and trends
- Attend meetings with key internal stakeholders as required
- Communicating with other sites and maintaining healthy partnerships with them
- Building a core understanding of company's marketplace
Experience and skills required to be the Commercial Analyst:
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data
- Ability to present complex data in an easily accessible way, exploiting charts and other visual tools
- Ability to think laterally
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, both internally and externally with 3rd parties
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and demonstrates enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience of programming languages such as SQL, VBA, etc.
- Demonstrable experience of business analysis
