Our client is a successful dynamic business based in Cheshire. Continued growth has created the need to recruit a management accountant to support the Finance Manager with all aspects of the month end process. Responsibilities will include: Supporting month end process and assisting in production of the management accounts; Co-ordinating the month end timetable and production of draft reports for review; Rolling cashflow forecast; Providing detailed analysis and timely management information to key stakeholders; Supporting the budget process; Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on financial performance with variance analysis; Fixed asset management; Balance Sheet and Bank reconciliations; Ongoing development of processes and reporting within a dynamic business.
The ideal candidate will be part qualified and studying towards a formal accountancy qualification ( ACCA or CIMA) or qualified by experience. You should have relevant management accounts experience with a strong commercial instinct.
