Payroll Manager based in High Wycombe
Your new company
You will be based on the outskirts of High Wycombe in an interim/temporary job for approx 5 months working for a large company with free parking. After this time the role may turn into a permanent position.
Your new role
You will be working in a sole payroll job but experience of managing a team would be very beneficial as plans to expand the function will be going ahead in the near future.
You will be responsible for monthly and weekly complex payrolls and you will be the head of the function and authoriser. You'll be responsible for managing the processing of pension, expenses, holiday buy/sell, company benefits and processing pay increases across the business. You'll manage the RTI filing with HMRC including payment of PAYE and NI.
What you'll need to succeed
- Payroll experience of monthly and weekly payrolls
- Experience of working in a sole role
- People management/team management skills are beneficial
- Pension and payroll calculations
- Exposure of working within a large company with multiple benefits
