CFO

Our client, a well-established PE-backed tech enabled business, is seeking to recruit an ambitious CFO who will partner the CEO as an integral member of the executive team. This role has a broad remit and as CFO you will be providing a high level of commercial vision to support the continuous successful growth of the business.

With full responsibility for the overall financial management of the business your main focus as CFO will be on negotiating high level contracts and deals therefore excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. You will be taking the lead on all commercial and legal contract negotiation as well as the investment/Exit process and as such an ability to liaise effectively both internally and externally will be crucial.

As CFO, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), with hands-on experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as commercially minded. You should have previous experience of working in a similar role as a CFO with proven success, ideally a tech enabled business and your desire to be involved in all aspects of the business and be proactive and positive will be critical to your success in this highly exciting project.
