PS Resourcing has been retained by a market leading manufacturing business that has recently secured investment from a Family Venture Capital Fund and is now looking to appoint a dynamic hands on Finance Director reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Key responsibilities include overseeing of a department of 4 people, preparation of Monthly Management Accounts, daily, weekly and monthly Forecasts and Budgets for key strategic decisions and effective management of working capital, cash-flow forecasting and cost accounting.
The Board of Directors are keen to encourage the appointed person to be highly visible in the business and to assist in identifying opportunities and weaknesses within the business to support the growth strategy.
In order to be considered for the role you will be a qualified accountant (ACMA/ACCA/ACA) with demonstrable senior finance experience gained within the manufacturing sector, possess excellent systems and modelling skills, have a driven attitude to work and the ability to adapt in an ever changing environment, hands on approach with the ability to add value at all times.
