Head of Finance

Sharp Consultancy are currently recruiting exclusively on behalf of an instantly recognisable business within the Rotherham area who are now looking to recruit a Head of Finance to oversee the group finance function.

Our client has a first class working environment and location, with an excellent product range and international presence as well as significant growth opportunities. As part of the role you will be reporting directly into the UK CEO and will take responsibility for the full finance function.

Responsibilities will include; management and financial accounting, forecasting and budgeting, product costing, monthly board meetings and reporting, profit and margin analysis, process developments as well as managing the year-end audit process, strategic and operational improvements, capex development and responsibility for the payroll and credit control teams.

You must be a qualified accountant, preferably having worked within a team management role with responsibility for transactional and qualified finance individuals. Any experience of a manufacturing environment would be advantageous although not essential.
