Interim Systems Accountant - Financial Force

PE backed software company based in Central London seek an experienced finance professional for a 12 month contract to improve their internal finance system, Financial Force. The successful candidate will have experience of implementing Financial Force and will be available at short notice. 

Currently Financial Force is not set up to deliver the basics that you would expect in standard financial accounting systems such as bank reconciliations, VAT reporting, intercompany reconciliations and FX revaluation. The current finance team do not have the expertise to safely fix these issues and therefore an experienced Financial Force user is required. 

The objectives for the successful candidate will be: 

1. Remediate Financial Force system issues
2. Work with finance team to prioritise issues
3. Put a plan in place to deliver system fixes
4. Liaise with Financial Force for technical solutions where required

• Create an “as is” report on how the finance team are currently interacting with company systems
• Work with the finance team to define, implement and document system close procedures
• Define standard global FF reports
• Provide training to global finance team to enable “self-serve” system interrogation
• Create dashboards for each finance team member, from CFO to AP processors
• Act as Financial Force System Administrator, establishing appropriate access rights and security levels

 Previous experience of Financial Force is essential.
