Senior Finance Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Finance team of a large Media agency on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong analytical skills and will be a good communicator. Previous experience of working within an agency is preferred.
Purpose of the role:
You will be supporting the Finance Managers and Financial Controller, reviewing and supporting one of the main markets. This is a large and fast paced organization with a high number of reporting units and a high demand for analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the monthly review of revenue
- Manage the half-year and year end reconciliation
- Report on substantial variances from previous budgets and forecasts
- Analyse monthly budget and forecast results and prepare commentary for senior global and regional stakeholders
- Support and update the Senior Regional Personnel on all important subjects
- Provide training and advice
- Support the local country finance function
