Finance Analyst

I am working with a large organisation who are looking for a Finance Analyst to join their team in Wokingham, Berkshire on a three month temporary basis.

My client is able to provide an excellent working environment and a varied and interesting role to broaden your experience. The job purpose is to provide finance support and business partnering for the company's corporation activities in Europe. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take on tasks not limited to but including:-

*Balance sheet reconciliations.
*Support for monthly close responsibilities.
*Supporting EU VAT submissions
*Ad hoc analysis as required

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) or close to qualification with extremely relevant skillset and also have the following experience:-

*Experience within a large corporate business.
*Excellent analysis skills.
*Recent demonstrable experience of SAP or Ariba.
*Advanced spreadsheet skills.
*Month end and quarterly close and reporting deadlines.
*Considerable planning, management and involvement in year end close.
*EU VAT submissions
