Finance Manager

Your new company
I am currently recruiting for an interim finance manager for a cinema chain. This is an exciting business going through a lot of growth and change, and will be a good opportunity for the right candidate.

Your new role
You will work closely with the current finance manager, completing a structured handover of knowledge and processes to enable a smooth transition post their departure and ensuring all the activities of the finance team continue seamlessly. You will complete month end accounting, manage and develop the finance team including two direct reports, prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and support in preparing financial information for year-end audit, half year interim accounts, and subsidiaries.

What you'll need to succeed
The right person will be fully qualified with a good level of leadership experience who can hit the ground running in this position. You must have team management experience and have worked on preparing a budget previously. What is essential to be successful is the desire and passion to be part of a fast paced and dynamic environment.
