Management Accountant

Management accountant job paying up to £50k plus bonus and benefits based in Weybridge, Surrey.

Your new company
You will be joining a very well established organisation based on the outskirts of Weybridge. This business is a leader in it's field and is going through a period of positive growth and change.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Finance and as part of a small finance team, you will be taking on a key role looking after all areas of management accounting; from preparation of the monthly packs, balance sheet recs,, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow as well as supporting the annual audit process. There are a number of projects to get stuck into including streamlining of processes, procedures as well as supporting new IT systems implementations.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), you should have a broad level of accounting skills, strong attention to detail as well as a positive, proactive approach. Strong excel and exposure to an ERP system like SAP would be advantageous.

The line manager recognises the importance of work life balance and is expecting there to be limited amounts of work above the standard working hours (35 per week) other than occasionally at month / year end. Progression is encouraged and is viewed as a potential succession plan to the Head of Finance.
