BTG are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner, this isn't an ordinary management accounting role with some business partnering, you'll be encouraged to get out into the business to really get to know your stakeholders and their drivers.
The successful candidate will be joining a growing organisation and you'll be responsible for;
- Business Partnering the Operational teams / Head of Finance
- Weekly forecasts including sales/costs
- Budgeting/Forecasting
- Working closely with Commercial team / non finance team on improving efficiencies
- Ad hoc duties when required

Essential Requirements:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
- Previous experience in a similar role - analysing margins
- Proficient on excel, this includes VLook ups and Pivot tables
- Confident communicator
