The Role:

Our client a leading manufacturing business is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Finance in this commercial focused role you will:

• Business partner operational colleagues to help them understand the businesses performance.
• Producing monthly management information and forecasting.
• Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts, board pack and presentation of results.
• Production and maintenance of all financial and business KPIs
• Analysis of Gross Margin % and any investigating variances to prior month and Budget/Forecast.
• Direct Labour Reporting to Senior Management, and interrogation of labour cost per unit.
• Investment appraisal
• Weekly reporting of Sales and Margins by product category and customer.

What you need to succeed:

To be successful as Finance Business Partner, you will ideally be a qualified accountant who has extensive operational and commercial experience gained within a manufacturing environment. You will be able to demonstrate bring the numbers to life and influencing key stakeholders in a manufacturing environment.
