A substantial private equity backed portfolio company operating in the Business Services sector requires an interim CFO who is able to lead the business along with the CEO, whilst a permanent CFO hire is being undertaken.
- Experience of managing sizeable business operations as a Board CFO, with revenues exceeding £200 million.
- Experience operating in a Private Equity environment.
- A broad range of skills and a hands-on approach to finance with a focus on growth, M&A and business performance.
- An excellent communicator able to work closely with a CEO and across the wider executive team.
- Down to earth character who is able to operate with gravitas and build good working relationships at all levels in the business
- Experience in Business Services or aligned sectors.
This will be a 3 - 6 interim assignment.
