Your new role
Joining an established Credit Team you will report to your team leader and the Credit Control Manager
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Chase and collect payments
- Work independently by phone and email
- Resolve queries
- Keep thorough notes
- Monitor and identify potential problem accounts
- Report overdue/problem accounts
What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced in Credit Control to hit the ground running. You will have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be passionate about people and able to build relationships quickly and maintain them. You will have excellent negotiation skills, organisation administration and planning and prioritisation skills. You will have good knowledge and skills in Excel. You will be able to deal with difficult customers in a calm and balanced way and have a great understanding of how various teams eg Sales
work together to maximise success.
