Our client is a FX group listed among Europe’s fastest growing companies. They now seek an Operation Manager-Payments to join their West London HQ team and help accelerate their growth.
The main headline tasks will be;
- The implementation, review, improvement and development of our Payment Systems, control and processes
- Back Office Systems Projects
- Operational Risk Management
o Managing Exposures
o Safeguarding funds
o Funds Recovery
o Customer Service
o Stress Testing
- Cash flow Management
- Banking relationships
- Liquidity provider flows and settlements
- FX Derivatives (Options) Settlements

- Experience in the Financial Services Payments industry is desirable
- Must be ACA, ACCA, CIMA or AAT qualified

The negotiable base salary of circa £50k is complemented by a generous bonus (up to 20%) and executive benefits.
