Senior Finance Analyst

The Consultancy Group are currently recruiting a Senior Finance Business Partner for a Global PLC based in Hertfordshire.

Reporting into a key Senior Finance Stakeholder, this Senior Finance Business Partner role offers senior level exposure and influence across the business. This person is expected to deliver insightful analysis to Senior Executives on a timely basis. They will invest time developing a deep knowledge and understanding of the business and its commercial drivers, being fully committed to delivering the best business outcomes; practical, pragmatic and 'down to earth' in their approach;

Duties include:

• Engage, influence and guide the finance team in understanding financial impacts and trends
• Partner with non-finance functions, developing ad hoc analysis and reporting as required and be a force of proposition in driving improvements
• Review of projects from business case through to approval
• Provide finance support for head office projects as they arise.

The successful candidate will a Qualified Finance Professional with experience of working in a Plc / Head Office function. They will have the ability to influence, engage and constructively challenge with a solutions focussed approach with demonstrable communication and influencing skills at all levels.
