Partner Financial are working with a leading retailer who are currently embarking on a major Finance Transformation Programme. We are interested in speaking to candidates who have deep, 'best in class' knowledge of finance processes with experience working within a large listed organisation.

The role is key in the design and implementation of a new Finance Operating model and delivery of new Cloud based ERP System.  We are seeking a highly experienced Process Lead to map and transfer knowledge to teams and scale.

Key Deliverables:

  • Designing and implementation of all end to end Finance processes (PTP, RTR etc) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of processes;
  • Leading the creation of process maps including overlays with financial controls;
  • Mapping of critical processes and understand what issues need to be resolved;
  • Identify opportunities and define what the future solution should look like;
  • Understands where the issues are, establish trends and see opportunities;
  • Support Profit optimisation;
  • Structure processes, establish approach and simplify existing complexity to show issues and opportunities and criticalities;
  • Working with service delivery teams to ensure business process design supports the operating model and enables the agreed service delivery to customers;
  • Ensuring global processes are standardised and consistent across the practice.

Key Competencies:

  • A Qualified Accountant with knowledge of what ‘best in class’ finance processes look like;
  • Deep knowledge and experience of leading the mapping of all key finance processes and controls;
  • Prior experience working in a large retail or consumer business is desirable;
  • Practical understanding of Finance Systems and ERP implementation lifecycles;
  • Experience working within a listed organisation is essential.
