A Head of Financial Planning & Analysis is required to join a dynamic and growing B2B / B2C consumer led business who are looking for you to make an immediate impact and hit the ground running as they continue to experience growth. The very diverse and fast paced of this business is one of the reason which makes this a really exciting time to join an awesome team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, and oversee the reporting of, the 5 year financial plans modelling the growth projections of our various revenue streams
• Support the Senior Management team with investment decisions, investigating commercial opportunities and driving a performance culture
• Play a key part in the external investor fund raising activity, managing the modelling and scenario analysis for the Board as well as multiple external stakeholders
• Be an active leader within the Finance function, looking to coach and develop the capabilities of junior members, and to implement process improvements where possible
• Produce and deliver regular and various reports for the Board, senior leadership and external stakeholders as necessary
• Provide support and oversite to the Management Accounts team, to drive the reporting versus business plan and forecast targets
• Be a natural business partner, looking to develop strong relationships with business stakeholders so that you can deliver robust challenge constructively
• Seek to grow the capability of the FP&A function to match the needs of the business, recruiting and managing additional resource as needed
• Work closely with non finance functions to identify and deliver commercial opportunities and to optimise our market position

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience ideally within a fast paced consumer led, B2B or B2C business
• Graduate Level qualification or equivalent
• Team Management experience with the ability to demonstrate development and nurturing of a growing team
• Technical and Commercial acumen with experience of transforming manual processes

• Basic Salary £65,000 - £75,000
