Process and system improvement role
Central London
This growing Financial Services Business based in Central London is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller level candidate for a 4 - 6 month interim role.
The role will report into the CFO and will involve assessing and improving the current financial processes in the businesses as well as bringing a number of them back in house from an outsourced provider. A major part of the role will be to improve the General Ledger reporting as well as choosing and helping to implement a new General Ledger System. Other main tasks will be helping to improve their Bank Reconciliation process as well as improving their VAT reporting.
As the ideal candidate you will be a fully qualified accountant with experience in improving and building robust, financial processes. You will have a track record working in the financial services sector and be able to think laterally as well as getting your "hands dirty' as you will need to help produce the reports as well as building them.
