O2C Project Analyst

Partner Financial are working with a large organisation with a strong market presence in both developed and developing markets. They are currently embarking on a new strategy, transformation and restructure and this will have a positive impact on performance, expertise and customer focus.

This is a high-profile project mandated by the CEO, CFO and Transformation office to drive Working Capital efficiency and to assist with hitting current targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and analysing financial information at a Divisional level to assess accuracy of budgets and forecast;
• Analysing and documenting working capital forecasting processes and procedures as part of the Order to Cash review project;
• Partnering with the Divisional finance teams to provide recommendations and develop an improvement plan for Order to Cash;
• Assisting with the production of information to facilitate the review process in a timely manner;
• Creating and delivering training material to the divisional finance function;
• Continuous Improvement of transactional Finance processes;

The ideal candidate:

• Excellent experience managing and improving O2C and P2P processes;
• Experience of Process Mapping; Documentation of Procedures; Creation and delivery of training materials;
• Strong financial, analytical, communication and project management skills;
• Previous background working in credit management, billings, receivables, and process improvement is highly desirable
• Advanced excel and analytical skills;
