A tax consulting firm looking to recruit a solid tax adviser for their Chester office



Your new company
This accountants & tax consultancy in Chester specialises in delivering clear, concise, jargon free tax advice for existing and new clients wherever they are in the UK. This firm provides quality tax advice that meets the family and commercial needs of people, ensuring they are placed in the best position. This firm started as a tax consultancy, and while they have grown to provide a full accounting services to clients, tax is the foundation of their service to clients. This firm is experiencing considerable growth and therefore, are looking to recruit a new tax consultant.

Your new role
Your new role as a tax consultant will involve providing a tax planning and advisory service to high net-worth individuals, pensioners, partners and directors and legal and medical professionals. You will have an involvement in advising SME's and OMB's in how to implement tax efficiencies and have an involvement in trust work. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the client relationship and will maintain a steady stream of client liaison. As an advanced tax consultant, you may be required to play a part in the training of new members of staff.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant for this role you will have solid experience of working within a heavily advisory/ tax planning focused role from a reputable practice with a varied client base. Ideally, candidates that are ATT or CTA qualified will be looked upon favourably. You will be confident in liaising with clients on a day to day basis and be good at spotting new opportunities and cross-selling between departments.

What you'll get in return
In return for your efforts you will receive a salary of between £30,000-£45,000 dependent on experience and 23 days annual leave.
