An exciting opportunity has arisen within a large business in Barrow who are seeking a Part Time Accounts Analyst to join their UK based finance team, reporting directly into Senior Management, ideally for two and a half days a week. This role would suit a finance professional seeking part time work, a working parent, or perhaps a graduate who is studying and is seeking an exciting opportunity within finance on a part time basis.

Your new role

Your new role is a challenging and varied role which would suit a hands on finance professional who enjoys building relationships in an industry based environment. The role will include...

*Provide information and recommendations on a timely basis
*Drive cost awareness by communicating financial information
*Support ad hoc financial analysis and activities
*Coordinate the implementation of internal control activities
*To see the function to stakeholders across the business and to build meaningful work relationships


What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally be educated to Degree level within Finance, have a Part Qualification in an Accounting qualification or be currently studying towards one. My client are looking for AAT Qualifications as a minimum. You will have excellent Excel skills and strong IT skills in general, as well as an analytical and commercial mindset. You will be a natural rapport builder with excellent communication skills, a self starter with a can do attitude and a positive outlook.
