SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Interim Cost Accountant for an SME in Wolverhampton to work with the finance team to sort out the existing processes and make recommendations for best practice. The successful candidate will be tasked with target costing projects, margin analysis and tracing costs back to underlying activities.
Applicants must have experience of working in a manufacturing environment and offer the full understanding of CAPEX cycle. This is a role where candidates will be working under little supervision and may be working remotely so a self starter attitude would be essential. A minimum of 2 year cost accounting experience is required and candidates without this length of experience will not be considered. Experience using Sage would also be beneficial but not essential.
