Global Organisation urgently requires a Finance Data Migration Analyst to join the business on a temporary assignment.The Finance Data Migration Analyst would be working within the finance integration team.Advanced VBA and macros are essential for this role.Previous management experience is also essential.
Duties of the Finance Data Migration Analyst include:
Data Mapping - Ensure source data is mapped to the required format on a regular basis (typically weekly) on behalf of Track Leads for:
Supplier Master Data
Open AP
Open PO
Open AR
Billing Agreements
Customer Master Data
Track incoming source data submissions from acquired business (from whom together with date/time received)
Billing Alignments - Ensure that billing alignments are calculated (to align legacy billing frequencies to Company standard) in accordance with Project plan timelines. Ensuring Billing Alignment invoices/credits) have been accurately and completely raised by the Legacy business is the responsibility of the Track Leads
Dashboards - Produce dashboards to assist Track Leads with their data cleansing (indicating missing and potentially incorrect source data
Data Loads
Ensure source data is mapped in a timely manner for all Dry Runs, UAT, Dress Rehearsal and Production loads
Responsible for all Staging data submission to the IT Assets team (all other submissions are the responsibility of the Track Leads)
Post Load Reconciliations - Responsible for the preparation of the post data load reconciliations for:
Staging
SingleView
Open AR
Customer Master Data
Supplier Master Data
With the exception of Staging, resolution of identified variances is the Track Lead’s responsibility.
Assets IT Team - advise the Asset’s IT team on any Staging variances identified together with clear guidance on how to resolve
Team Management - Provide day-to-day management of any Data Team members
Ensure that Oracle R12 access is requested in good time.
Work closely with IT BSA and IT Asset Teams as necessary
Liaise with other key stakeholders as and when required
Attend weekly (and any other calls) with Legacy business when required to do so
