Financial Integration Project Manager

A high growth, private equity backed Healthcare business has a newly created Financial Integration Project Manager position to design, develop and implement the process of integrating new businesses.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Take the lead of the design of a Finance Handbook to set out how newly acquired businesses operate from a financial perspective
*Project Manage the process of onboarding new businesses from pre-acquisition to completion
*Develop pre and post acquisition budgets
*Oversee all transitions from structural, process and controls perspective
*Ensure accurate reporting for Earn out calculations
Candidate profile:
*Qualified Accountant or Bachelors Degree
*Proven Project Manager experience will the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
*Advanced excel and business diagnostics skills
*Use of Xero highly desirable
*Excellent transformation and change management skills
