Interim Financial Controller

Broster Buchanan are working exclusively with a PE backed online services business based in central London. As the business goes through change due to growth, acquisition and investment, the need has arisen to appoint an Interim Financial Controller to join the business on a project basis.

Reporting to the CFO, you will review the existing financial offering, with a view to implement new financial systems and processes that engage more proactively with the operational business. This is a great opportunity for a project focused problem solver to have significant impact in developing the finance service of a high growth business.

The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant with sound technical training. You will have demonstrable practical experience of improving financial operations within a small to medium sized organisation including implementing systems, chart of accounts, project and technical accounting. Significantly, you will be someone that can think differently, have the ability to drive change and influence sustainable improvements in what finance delivers for the business.

This is a six month fixed term contract opportunity which will preferably be paid on a salaried basis, although suitable day rate candidates will be considered. The role is centrally located with excellent transport links and offers an array of additional soft benefits.
