- To chase debts by means of telephone calls, letters & emails
- To maintain & advise on potential On Stop accounts
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Register and resolve client queries
- Process Credit/Debit payments
- Produce monthly statements and sales ledger reconciliations
- Follow up on missing remittances for cash unallocated
- Allocation of payments to the sales ledger
Requirements:
- Available to start work at short notice
- Previous experience within Credit Control
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focused
- Deadline driven and possess an eye for detail
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
