Head of Commercial Finance | E-commerce | Manchester | ACA / CIMA | £competitive
Axon Moore is recruiting an ambitious Divisional Head of Commercial Finance for one of the region’s fastest growing businesses. The business has achieved unparalleled growth over the last few years via both organic growth coupled with multiple acquisitions across the globe.
With ambitious growth plans in place, this role represents an opportunity to play a significant role in shaping the future direction of this ambitious business. Day-to-day responsibilities for the Head of Group Reporting will include;
• Manage budget and forecasting for commercial strategy
• Drive and continuously improve group strategy for inventory management
• Help the business understand the impact of decisions and spend on sales and commercial impact
• Liaise with teams within finance to get more specific financial information around sales figures, BI and spend
• Work closely with analysts; looking at working with third parties, what’s our return on investment
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement
Desired Skills and Experience:
• CIMA / ACA qualified, with at least three years PQE
• FMCG / Retail / E-commerce experience would be hugely advantageous
• Solid understanding of Inventory and Distribution would be desirable
• A proactive attitude and desire to challenge the status quo
• An ability to build strong relationships with senior commercial management
