ABPM Recruitment Ltd as experts in financial recruitment are exclusively assisting their fast growing and acquisitive client in this key appointment. Reporting to the CFO & CEO yours will be a key and visible appointment.

The role will have a full range of responsibilities to assisting in execution of deals, the preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials; gathering and analysis of public information through numerous sources. Thereby creating merger and financial model analyses and models for valuation metrics. Then onwards to draft confidential Information Memorandums for financing and acquisition strategies.

Post acquisition you will be building the company integration premise to enable the forecast models to be brought live and then support the analysis of company performance on an absolute and relative basis.

Who do we seek? You must have a minimum of 1-3 years M&A experience from a Corporate finance advisory team or a financial institution (Lead Advisory). Holding a good knowledge of M&A and the ability to apply your skills creatively to diverse needs. A sober and sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytic skills; particularly DCF`s the ability to talk through and explain the proposition internally and externally will be key.
