St. Albans accountancy firm are recruiting for a high calibre ACCA or ACA Qualified Accountant. You will be managing a team of 12 accountants/bookkeepers (Mostly remotely). Statutory accounts and Corporation Tax preparation. Preparation of Monthly Management accounts. Reviewing final accounts files and advising staff of amendments. Reviewing Personal tax files and advising staff of amendments. Reviewing VAT files and advising staff of amendments. Talking clients through queries. Dealing with client various daily requests. Managing Monthly work plan and flow. Business Development (not a necessity). Help Partner with growth of business through client retention and maximising revenue potential from existing clients ad-hoc project / advisory work for clients. Knowledge of IRIS and SAGE is highly desirable. Able to balance your workload effectively, including supervising others. Able to demonstrate good client relationship skills.
