Interim Finance Manager

Gleeson Recruitment Group are looking to appoint an interim Finance Manager for a period of up to 2 months.

This position will be critical in providing a seamless handover when the new Finance Manager starts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in heading up a team and be able to provide monthly reporting as well as manage the treasury functions and management of the accounts receivable team.

The role entails constant cash management and control, with reporting of fixed and working capital and managing cash receipts and payments in order to meet company targets. You must be confident in providing monthly reports and analysis of performance against budget and forecast for business sites and ensure that accurate data is provided.

The role is also vital in ensuring that the required controls are in place to deliver accurate financial data to meet business & statutory reporting standards.

• Managing ten staff
• Meeting monthly reporting deadlines
• Ensuring financial reports meeting reporting standard requirements
• Ensuring Production and Commercial teams are provided with timely accurate data for decision making
• Managing treasury and also with group treasury
• Managing credit control

You must be available to start on Monday 2nd September and be available to commit to this interim requirement for a period of up to 2 months. A daily rate of up to £250 for the right candidate.
