Pratap Partnership is working exclusively with a Bradford based business as they look to recruit a Billings and Process Manager to join them 

My client is currently going through an exciting period of change and growth and urgently requires a Billing Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The post holder will work within the Finance Team and be accountable for leading and planning the billing operations..

Your duties will include: 

  • Identifying opportunities for improving systems and processes to streamline billing activities.
  • Auditing and reviewing end to end billing process, along with ensuring all Revenue processes are documented to reflect agreed procedures.
  • Work with the business streams to improve the quality of pricing and discount data supplied to the Sales Ordering team, to ensure that it is supplied in the correct format,
  • Responsible for ensuring that procedures are accurate, relevant and compliant to company policy, monitoring any issues and fixing the route cause of problems 

You will have had previous experience working in a busy and changing environment and be able to demonstrate process improvement in a Billings department.

Your job will also oversee 3 member staff so experience of staff management is also important.
