Investigo are pleased to be supporting a well known brand with their search for a Financial Reporting Manager in Lincoln. This role will be employed on a fixed term contact lasting circa 12-14 months. The appointed candidate will have responsibility for delivering overall support during the consolidation of financial reports and accounts.

You will be preparing group quarterly financial reporting submissions under IFRS and the preparation of consolidated financial statements under US GAAP. Moreover, you will build relationships various Senior Managers and Stakeholders across the organisation. You will act as a point of contact for external auditors on a regular basis and facilitate the audit of the statutory accounts.

Duties and responsibilities

• Review and support with monthly trial balances
• Preparation of annual statutory accounts under UK GAAP
• Support with the preparation of quarterly and year end financial reporting packs under IFRS
• Assist the Director of Financial Reporting in evaluating and implementing new processes
• Ensure statutory accounts are produced to the highest standard
• Help to ensure financial systems are developed and maintained
• Participate in projects and complete ad hoc tasks, as and when required.
• Maintain a detailed and up to date knowledge of all matters related to IFRS, UK GAAP and other relevant regulatory accounting requirements.
• Assist the Director of Financial Reporting in establishing and implementing new accounting policies under both IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Acting as a main point of contact for all audit and taxation related queries
