Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit an Assistant Accountant.The company:- Is a young and dynamic retail business that operates from multiple locations all over London. The company is experiencing rapid growth and now requires extra support in finance.
Main deliverables for the role are:- Supplier reconciliation, Accounts Payable & PO systems
Processing of Credit card expenses, assistance with payroll & expenses
Fixed Assets accounting, Payment Runs, Ledger controls, Payables reconciliation, Bank postings and bank reconciliations, assisting with cash flow management, forecasting and assisting with the month and quarterly end close
The person :- Must be ' immediately available ' ledger clerk AAT/CIMA/ACCA with 1 to 2 years accounting experience clear and concise communication skills, not afraid to challenge and comfortable using your own initiative to achieve results. An eye for detail, good hands on approach, a self starter,with excellent IT skills. (Excel skills beneficial) The role has the possibility of going permanent and at this stage a study package and full time permanent salary at £22,000 potentially available.
