My dynamic client is looking for an immediately available Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a 12 month FTC. This business offers a great working environment with a friendly culture that empowers their employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Processing payments via BACS
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
- Processing staff expenses
- Managing petty cash
- Setting up of new supplier accounts
- Ad hoc duties
Successful candidates:
- Immediately available
- Multicurrency experience desired but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate excel
