Finance Manager - Media - Part Time (3/4 days)

Handle are recruiting for a Part-Time Finance Manager to work for a leading player in the Media Industry. Responsibilities will include;

• Bookkeeping using Xero and Microsoft Excel including but not limited to:

  • Generating client sales invoices
  • Downloading client royalty statements and maintain the schedule
  • Update client commission schedule
  • Maintain client bookkeeping system and filing of sales and purchase invoices
  • Scan and file client correspondence
  • Adhoc admin duties

The successful candidate must add value to a close-knit team, and demonstrate;

• Must have worked in Media previously;
• Excellent Excel skills;
• Outstanding communicator;
• Hands-on, energetic, proactive, self-starter who is able to work to tight deadlines;
• Strong attention to detail essential;
• Confident in working in an evolving business;
• Experience in television or advertising environment preferred;
• Experience of Xero

The successful candidate will have worked in an accounting function and have experience of working within ideally Media.
