SF Recruitment are currently supporting a Birmingham based client in sourcing for an interim Finance Analyst to support the business while they recruit for a permanent member of staff. The successful Finance Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- To lead and develop a small team
- Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles
- Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual payroll processes
Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience of a deadline driven environment
- Knowledge of reconciliations and the ability to drill down to the cause of a problem
- Knowledge of insurance marketing and accounting policies adopted (desirable)
- Understanding of GAAP reporting and consolidation accounting (desirable)
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with an approachable personality that is suited to a team environment. You will be comfortable working within fast paced businesses and enjoy working within a varied role. This is an urgent role therefore only candidates available to start immediately can be considered.
