One of the world's most prestigious property company's based in the City Of London requires an Assistant Management Accountant to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be joining an organisation that is a leader amongst its competition and is renowned within the industry for its exceptional culture and development of staff with an exciting progression path.
Role Responsibilities -
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Accruals and prepayments
- Management Accounting for various business cost lines
- Variance analysis including commentary
- Intercompany reconciliations including recharges and journals
- Providing assistance to the rest of the finance team, such as Finance Director, Finance Manager, Financial Controller, with other ad hoc duties as and when required
Candidate Requirements -
- Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent)
- Relevant industry experience would be preferred however not essential
- Intermediate-Advanced excel skills required
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting strict deadlines
- Sociable with great people skills
