A highly innovative PE Backed technology business is recruiting an Interim CFO in order to take the organisation through an ambitious sale process. A crucial partner to the CEO, as CFO you will be a key member of the board with full responsibility for the finance function and a key role to play in driving the strategic direction of the business. In addition the CFO will be a key point of contact for the Private Equity investors.
With complete ownership of the finance function you will have a broad remit across teh business inputting the highest standard of systems and processes as well as up-skilling the finance team. A true partner to the CEO you will play an integral role in building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships, as well as playing a key role in defining the Exit strategy for the business.
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) preferably chartered with proven experience as CFO within a PE Backed business. Experience within technology or related sector, whilst not essential is beneficial.
