Your new firm
A small but highly reputable firm of Chartered Accountants based in Disley on the outskirts of Stockport are looking to appoint a Senior Accountant to join their busy practice. The firm provide a range of compliance and outsourcing services to a varied client base including sole traders, partnerships, SMEs and charities.

Your new role
As a senior accountant you will gain responsibility for a small portfolio of clients as well as being allocated work on a regular basis. For this client base you will be responsible for preparing year end financial statements and corporation tax computations for these clients. You will have contact with clients via phone and email and from time to time be responsible for holding client meetings with the partner.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking an ACA / ACCA qualified accountant or a QBE who has substantial experience working within general practice. You must be able to work under your own autonomy and be confident helping more junior members of the team. The firm are based near Disley on the outskirts of Stockport so you must live relatively local to this area.
