Treasury Manager

Michael Page Treasury are recruiting for a Treasury Manager to join a rapidly growing testing and inspection business, based at their offices in Central London.

Client Details

This is a newly created Treasury position in support of the Group Reporting team and is based at the Group's head office in London. It is therefore an exciting opportunity for someone to bring their experience and skills to the team and potentially develop the role further.

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the Treasury Manager will assist in managing the funding requirements of the Group through preparation, monitoring and tracking of cashflow forecasts. This role would therefore suit someone who has experience of working within a treasury function previously.

Description

Further responsibilities of the Treasury Manager include:

• Meet the funding needs of the business by allocating cash to the required entities in a timely and cost effective manner

• Processing of treasury related payments

• Prepare cash flow forecasts for head office companies

• Develop and maintain variance and sensitivity analyses on the consolidated cashflow forecasts. Providing insightful reporting to Management

• Support the preparation and review of long-term strategic cash flow forecasts for the Group

• Monitor, advise and manage FX exposure

• Provide support and assistance with reporting and covenant compliance as required by the Group's lending and banking relationships

• Assist with annual review of treasury policy and procedures

Profile

To be considered for the Treasury Manager position you require:

• Recognised professional accounting or Treasury qualification (e. CTP, ACT, ACA, CIMA)

• Previous experience of working within a treasury function

• Flexible and comfortable in a changing, growing environment

• Self-starter with ability to work on their own initiative and is prepared to have a hands on approach

• Comfortable working in a multi-currency environment and global business

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills

• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Job Offer

The package on offer is £70,000- £75,000 plus benefits.
