Michael Page Treasury are recruiting for a Treasury Finance Manager to join a well-established team at a business services provider based in London.

The Finance Manager will support the Head of Treasury across various responsibilities, including cash management, FX, treasury management, and working capital management.

Our client is a well established team based in the city of London. They are within the construction and manufacturing space.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Treasury Finance Manager will include:

  • Responsible for daily cash, cash pooling and FX management, the move toward automation, and linking to the medium-term forecast
  • Support development of cash processes and banking system usage
  • Support timely and tax effective remittance of surplus funds to the UK
  • Understand, document, continually review the banking arrangements and facilities for the group
  • Support tight control of all cash / cash transactions
  • Support improvement of Working Capital across the Group
  • Support the Bank Guarantee and Letter of Credit processes
  • Execute foreign exchange hedging for all Group companies
  • Monitor interest and FOREX markets, and hedging exposures
  • Supporting relationships with banks, brokers and surety companies
  • Support treasury input into the Group's general financial budgeting and forecasting processes including preparation of Group cash flows
  • Support treasury systems development, including Oracle projects for bank statement upload, reconciliation and cash manager lead to the wider project
  • Ad hoc projects

Profile

To be considered for the Treasury Finance Manager position you should have:

  • This highly technical role requires the post holder to be analytical and meticulous in their approach.
  • Excellent communication, project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Driven, confident relationship builder able to work effectively with varying levels of seniority and geographies
  • Driven to drive through change in an evolving business
  • Has or is or will work towards ACT / MCT qualification
  • Involves and facilitates others to generate and solve problems.
  • Adjusts quickly when priorities change and takes prompt corrective action when needed
  • Treasury or Construction Finance experience
  • International Treasury experience, preferably including emerging markets (desirable)
