Internal Audit Manager

Hays is delighted to be recruiting for an Internal Audit Manager position in London which involves the line management of 2 Senior Internal Auditors. This is an ambitious and high profile role, where you will be responsible for managing the delivery of the audit plan for Group functions and the EMEA region, leading staff within the team in order to achieve department objectives, including resourcing and people development.

Travel is in the range of 30%, typically 2-3 days abroad towards the end of the audit to review and present findings to key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be ACA, ACCA or IIA qualified with line management experience within a multinational company. You'll demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver high quality audit reports in a timely manner, and you'll possess good coaching and people development skills.
