We are currently recruiting an Assistant Director of Finance to join a very successful Affordable Housing organisation looking to expand their team.
About the role
This is a newly created position looking for a finance professional who already has experience within the Affordable Housing sector. You will have a proven track record of Finance, Procurement, Income and Leasehold Services. You will be a pivotal member of the finance team ensuring all financial processes are reviewed, improved and implemented throughout the divisions.
You will head up and deliver the financial processes, procurement, value for money, and income collection.
Experience and pre-qualification criteria
- ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent qualified accountant with a strong track record in financial processes, procurement, value for money, and income collection.
- Must have background in Affordable Housing
