Management Accountant

THE ROLE:

Key Responsibilities as Management Accountant will involve both month end duties and commercial analysis including:

• Month end reporting, and managing the month end process; meeting set deadlines;

• Support the forecasting and budgeting processes;

• Reporting and analysis of sales and gross profit results, providing analysis, commentary, recommendation, variance analysis, key trends and risks;

• Financial Analysis for strategy and to aid business critical decision making;

• Continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures, always seeking to optimise efficiency and automation;

• Other ad hoc financial analysis and project work as applicable.

WHO WE SEEK:

We are looking for a Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) who enjoys responsibility for both the month end process and also the commercial analysis of results and making recommendations to the business.

We are seeking a team-player who has advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis (including pivots and modelling); a commercial flair to maximise opportunities and identify trends; and also excellent attention to detail and solve problems. You will need to be able to present information from large data sets in a clear and concise manner, and drive decision through your analytical findings.

In person you will be pro-active, adaptable, naturally curious and diligent; someone who enjoys taking responsibility and show pride and confidence in their work.
